"The item is fine but the amount of package was disgraceful. A tiny 2 inch frame wrapped in loads of bubble wrap, including an unsolicited empty paper bag, also wrapped separately in bubble wrap. The whole thing was the size of a “small parcel” in Royal Mail terms- absolutely ridiculous and environmentally irresponsible. Based on this fact alone, I would not buy from you again."

"I ordered two items and paid for next day delivery. Only one item arrived in the parcel unfortunately and I had to purchase something from another local store. When bringing it to your attention the postage was refunded, but I still have to wait for my gift."

"The gift was nice, but I emailed Customer Services as soon as I had placed the order as I realised I had ordered 2 instead of 1 by mistake. I got no response and 2 were dually delivered. This was despite a 2 week gap between me placing the order/writing the email and receiving the order."

We must admit that we have no record of your email and our policy is to get back to customers within 24 hours so we have raised this with our web team as a possible issue. We always send out orders the same day or the following day so we are also concerned about why it took so long to get to you (we have contacted Royal Mail over this).
